Hawaii PD has 3 types of police reports. A Complete report holds all the file data. A Redacted report blacks out personal info. A Partial report is for insurance needs and leaves out some info. Complete reports are not out until the case is closed, adjudicated, or past the statute of limitations. Victims who need a report for insurance may get a partial report sooner.
